Those are sharp looking figures and you painted them up splendidly!
I love these old Grenadier barbarians and bought a craptop of them. Most remain in a drawer, unpainted.
These are the current 15mm (18mm?) sculpts from Mark Copplestone rather than his 25mm work for Grenadier. I know what you mean about his older ones though, they're great figures - I've got some nocking around in my old D&D collection somewhere.
These absolutely look their part. My favourite being without doubt the shaman at the bottom.
